Cassandra Carlopio, a licensed Psychologist in Australia, has been teaching mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra in Southern California for the past five years.  Cassandra focuses on all things sleep and relaxation-related, and thousands of people fall asleep to her guided meditations on YouTube, Spotify and various meditation apps each night.

She is a collaborative partner at The Breathe Institute, a internationally-recognized leader in functional sleep medicine. Cassandra presents and teaches meditation classes across Southern California and Australia.

In this episode we discuss;

  • The reason why we may be avoiding, resisting or having trouble sleeping, plus the tools and techniques to help with bedtime thoughts.
  • Operating at a sub optimal state in your sleep, resulting in a sub optimal life.
  • Setting yourself and nervous system up for an ideal (dipped in honey) kind of day as you transition from sleep into wakefulness by having routines in place.
